  1. something just occurred to me - do you never have leftovers? Seems like you cook something fresh every single day?

  2. If I have leftovers, I use it to make another meal. Like with meats and such. For example: Tonight I'm making a HUGE pork roast & I'm setting aside some of the meat for a dinner later this week. I try to make new meals out of my leftovers. I cook for 4 people...so I rarely have a lot of leftovers from dinners. If I do, I eat them for lunch the next day. :)
