I'll go shopping tomorrow morning.  Every Friday!!

This is what I have on my menu for next week:

Fri - Pork Roast w/ pineapple mango sauce....mashed taters (already have the bag of taters)
Sat - Hot Dogs & baked beans (Ghetto Night!)
Sun - Pulled Pork sammies & coleslaw (using leftover pork roast)
Mon - Chicken Divan Calzones (I'm going to roast a chicken for this)
Tue - Honey mustard chef salad w/ shredded chicken (leftover chicken)
Wed - Cheddar Ranch Chicken Biscuits (more leftover chicken)
Thur - Fish Fry w/ veggies (We already have the fish....some gorgeous trout caught by the hubs)

I may make some changes to the list when I shop...I go to Walmart first, so if they have something cheaper I buy it there.

  1. Annie...I think this blog is absolutely awesome!!! I too try to maintain a strict weekly food budget, but it's not always easy. I think you have some really great ideas, and I look forward to seeing more of them!
