Pulled Pork Sammies

Last night I made pulled pork sandwiches with the leftovers from my Pineapple Mango pork roast.  It literally took me 10 minutes to do. Super easy.

Remember this? This is what I had leftover from the roast. That one little chunk on the side looks like someone took a bite out of it, but I promise you that it's free of bite marks.


The rest of my ingredients: BBQ sauce, hamburger buns & coleslaw.  I also used a bit of butter on the buns, but I didn't take a pic of that...



First step...put the pork in a sauce pan and dump some BBQ sauce on top.  I used about 2/3 cup.



Mix it up.  The roast just falls apart once it heats up...Doesn't that look yummy?!




While the pork was heating up I put some butter on the hamburger buns.
I tossed them on the griddle...


...until they looked like this:


Put the pulled pork on on side.


And then put the coleslaw on the other bun.


Viola!


They are SO, SO, SO good! You can't get much simpler than that.

  2. I had to run to my Pampered Chef meeting...so I served it up and ran out the door. I do have one from tonight's dinner that I'll post soon. :)
